Moutain Biking - Wildfire - Sunset
Our last Day in Sedona started out with a 15 mile mountain bike ride through canyons in Sedona. Jon ran over a cactus without about 6 miles to go and got a flat tire. After emergency repair, the tire was holding air, only to blow out again a mile later. Mike and Jeff continued on despite the fact it was almost 100 degrees and we had been riding for over 3 hours. Jon made it to the road and found a construction worker heading into town that drove him back to the bike shop.
The rest of the day was spent by the pool and watching a wildfire that had started right outside of our hotel. We went up to the airport road overlook to watch the sunset on the red rocks. Afterwards we had a nice dinner at Steaks and Sticks in town and went back to the hotel.
